Privacy Policy

Financial information collected such as credit card number and expiration date is used only to charge our customers for service(s) that they are purchasing. It will never be given to any third party (other than the credit card authorization center).

Personal information, such as name and email, are used primarily to recognize individual accounts. Occasionally Allnurses online Nursing will use individually identifiable information, like email addresses, in order to contact the user for technical support or provide product update and account information.

Security

We have put security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse or alteration of all information under our control. All orders are processed via a secure server (SSL) and credit card details will never be emailed.

We do not retain or store any credit card information on our servers or at our place of business. All credit card information that is used to purchase products and services from Allnurses Online Nursing Store is processed and stored by stripe.com on their secure servers.

The allnurses shopping cart page includes methods to integrate with payment services. Secure payment forms are connected using SSL encryption and are either provided by the payment. If the payment service provider provides the payment form, it is protected by SSL encryption through the payment service web site.

Customer information such as name, address, and phone number may be saved when orders are processed through our online store. When a payment service is used to process orders, credit card numbers, expiration dates and security codes are NOT saved through Allnurses database. When using the off-line credit card processing option to manually process credit card information, the credit card number, expiration date, and the security code are encrypted and temporarily stored in the payment gateway of stripe service which proceeds and verify payments.

Correct/Updated Records

 Users are provided with a welcome email after they sign up for our service. Members can change their information any time by contacting us through a secure contact form, which posts directly to our secure service desk and does not send information through email.
